Artist Tatiana Segura signs to MarketPlace Music
 |
Tatiana Segura was crowned
Miss Teen Puerto Rico of Trenton, in addition to
winning Best Vocalist at the Hispanic Youth
Showcase. In 1999, Tatiana opened for recording
artist Lou Bega at the San Paolo Stadium in
Naples Italy, on the wave of his chart topping
single Mambo#5.

Governor James E. McGreevey of New Jersey,
Tatiana sang the National Anthem at Governor
McGreevey's inauguration, in Trenton N.J. |

Winner of the 2003 Fanta-Coca Cola model search
and NJN’s 2003 Road to Stardom contest, Tatiana
has been approached by several record companies
over the years. After considering several
options, signed with MarketPlace Music and is
ready to make her dream of becoming a legend
come true.

MPM Holds 1st Annual Evening of Elegance

On
February 20th, 2004, MarketPlace
Music honored Jose Torres (Former Light
Heavyweight Boxing Champion) and Toya Beasley
(Program Director at 98.7 KISS FM) with their
Good Samaritan Award, at their
1st Annual
Evening of Elegance.
This award recognizes
individuals and/or groups within the sports and
entertainment industry that have exhibited
outstanding community service, dedication to
their family, friends, peers and profession, as
well as loyalty to causes greater than
themselves. Award recipients are leaders that
have been instrumental catalysts for positive
change, impacting this generation and future
generations to come.

receives proclamation from NJ Governor, James McGreevey

MPM
was presented with an official proclamation from
Governor James McGreevey for their work in the
arts for enhancing and
enriching the lives of New Jerseans, and for
effecting positive change in the lives of those
in the Garden State.

Artist Courtney Bradley signs to
MarketPlace Music

Soul, R&B, and
Inspirational singing sensation,
Courtney Bradley,
joins MPM in February. Courtney has traveled
throughout the United States, operating in his
gift, touching the hearts of many.
He has
performed in France, London, Japan and Radio
City Music Hall in New York City with recording
artist Hezekiah Walker, and also as a back-up
singer in the 2001 Essence Award for recording
artists Donnie McCurklin and Yolanda Adams. He
is also the former lead singer of the
recording group “Men of Vision”.

their publishing company, Beautiful Rivers, as a
haven for artists and songwriters. With a
growing catalogue of songs, Beautiful Rivers is
expected to shake up the industry with their
generous royalty structure.

the City of Trenton NJ for their corporate
offices. “Trenton is a strategic location which
has proximity to Philadelphia, New York and
Washington D.C., which are some of our key
markets. Mercer county’s growing emphasis on
the arts and entertainment is viewed positively
